Copy editing is the technical part of book editing, where all the grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax errors are weaved out. It may also include suggestions to improve the flow, clarity, and accuracy of the writing.​

What You’ll Get:

• In-line edit suggestions (can be approved or rejected).

• A style sheet just for your manuscript, cataloguing character details, world rules, a glossary, and grammatical/style choices.

• One pass of proofreading after the copy edits have been approved by the author.

• One follow-up session to discuss any uncertainties post-delivery.

Turnaround:​ 1-2 weeks for a full-length novel (50-80k words)

Proofreading is completed after all stages of editing, and is where typographical, formatting, and other minor errors will be corrected.​
